We hit several of our favorite places including The Butterfly Pavilion, Red Rocks, and Larimer Square. My favorite was dinner sans kiddos at Osteria Marco. Are you surprised my fav included eating? I'm not. The food was delicious. Homemade cheese, Prince Edward Island Mussels, Roasted Artichoke, Feta and Date Spring Salad, and a couple of amazing pizzas: Arugula Prosciutto and Carbonara. Is it possible to be in love with a pizza? I digress...the conversation was pleasant and funny and relaxed. Such a charming setting.

Mom and dad also helped celebrate Anna's third a few days early with cake and presents. It did confuse Anna a little.
"I'm three!"
"Well, sort of."
"My birthday is over."
"No, we are going to have a party next week."
"So...I'm two?"
"Yes, for a few more days."
"But my birthday is over?"
Ah, classic conversation with my constant questioner.
After dad left, mom and I took advantage of our time together and ate out nearly every meal. We hit the zoo one day, but mostly just enjoyed each others company.
What wonderful parents I have. Thanks for coming to visit, Mom and Dad!
