Just wanted to share some cute family pictures. I've been a little camera crazy with Anna's birthday.

Picnic at the Park

Before this awful cold weather, Anna and I met some friends at Maymont for a picnic and outing at the petting zoo. It was beautiful weather and Anna loved the animals, especially the cows.

Happy Easter!

What a surprise it was when we woke up to snow on Saturday morning! It was such a funny site to see all our neighbors out making snow men (or snow bunnies) when we were supposed to be having nice, outdoor Easter Egg Hunt. Our hunt was moved to the church and it all worked out. Anna had a fun time, but was a little overwhelmed with all the people. She really liked picking up candy and putting it in the basket. It was freezing cold, so we put Anna's cute Easter outfit aside and opted for a turtleneck and sweater. Funny how things work out.

Catching Up

It seems that I am constantly playing the catch up game in most areas of my life, and yes, it extends to the blog. (I know, where are my priorities?) Anyway, I'll list off a few of the exciting milestones from the last two months.
1) New calling for Rachel- Enrichment Leader
2) Jeff goes to Health Care Conference in New Orleans
3) My niece, Amelia, visits
4) Jeff, Anna, and I visit DC
5) My mom and dad come to visit
6) Rachel runs her first 10k
7) Anna turns one year old!

That was the extremely fast version. We are all doing great and I am going to work on updating more frequently.
